Margaret Hockney

Margaret Hockney

Margaret‘s work is inspired by nature’s changing seasons and patterns, general curiosity and ongoing discoveries with the use of technology such as digital cameras, scanners, and iPhones. The images currently on display at Mill Bridge have been created using an Epson A4 flatbed scanner. The floral scanner-graphs form part of Margaret’s Summer Collection. These images were first exhibited in 2003. Other images are from her ‘Larger than Life’ series, and also ‘Octopus’ ‘Sprat’ and ‘Spratopus’ entered for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition (2008), 'Octopus' being selected for exhibition. Proceeds from sales of Margaret's images will be donated to https://www.hearingdogs.org.uk
